You have now completed all of the required information to produce the SWMS.
Your obligations under the Victorian OHS Act 2004 also require you to monitor the work you perform and to try to reduce any other hazards that may result from this work. We have provided some blank spaces for you to enter any additional hazards identified, if needed, in the printout of this SWMS.
